HOW IT WORKS
Before your appointment whether it is In-Person or virtual, we will reach out to get to know you and explore what type of custom suit you are looking for so we can make the process as bespoke and enjoyable as possible. Once we meet, the process is very seamless and it goes like this…
CHOOSE YOUR FABRIC, LINING, & TRIM
Whether you are looking to get a formal custom suit or just an everyday custom suit, we have an extensive collection of fabrics from premium wools to Italian stretch satin, to natural stretch wool to specialty fabrics like custom print fabrics, embroidered wool, beaded tulle or lace, we have you covered. Once you choose your main fabric, we will select complimentary linings, buttons and trims. Choosing a fabric might be the most daunting task but don’t fret, our designers will be with you every step of the way to ensure you are selecting a fabric that will be perfect for your desired custom suit.
DESIGN YOUR CUSTOM SUIT
Our designers will start by sketching out some initial design ideas and build from there until we come to an agreement on the exact design of the custom suit. It is very helpful to bring any photo inspirations you have of your desired custom suit as a jumping point. We have a fully custom approach to our process so there is absolutely no limit in what we can create for you.
GET MEASURED
We collect 35+ measurements that are a mix of your physical dimensions, the desired dimensions of your garment, as well as posture and fit analysis. For our virtual clients, we will capture your measurements via our 3D measuring app.
TRY ON
Approximately 8-10 weeks later, you will be back in our studios to try on your custom suit for the first time. Our in-house master tailor and your designer will go over the fit of your custom suit and determine what alterations are needed if there are any. Yes, sometimes we hit home-runs and no alterations are needed and you can leave with your custom suit. If alterations are needed, our tailors can turn it around in 2-3 weeks.
For our virtual clients, we will ship the custom suit to you after completion and we will access the fit with you via Zoom. A return label is always included for you to send the garments back to us for alterations.
We also offer rush services where we can turn around custom suits and clothings in 4 weeks and alterations in 2 days.
FINAL TRY ON
Usually, only one round of alterations is needed and the final try-on is just a fit check and you can take your suit home with you. If additional alterations are needed, we will of course take care of it.

Our Founder & Creative Director is an alumni of the prestigious Parsons School of Design, where she studied under Tim Gunn. She has gathered a team of expert designers, tailors, pattern makers, and creatives to create both; a world-class custom experience, and best-in-class custom clothing.
