Our pricing structure is inclusive of all styling details ( linings, monograms, buttons, etc. ) fittings and alterations.
1. How does the process work?

GET PROFESSIONALLY MEASURED - During your fitting session, our consultants will take over 35 measurements to ensure the perfect fit. Constructing the fit of your garment is a dialogue between you and your consultant, which is why each of our consultants have years of custom tailoring experience and an in-depth knowledge of fashion, pattern making and clothing construction. A well fitting custom garment is the perfect combination of proper fit and personal preference.
WORK WITH OUR TEAM TO DESIGN A SUIT THAT IS UNIQUELY YOURS - Each custom piece we make for our clients is individually designed with plenty of extra details. Our consultants will guide you through the design process and help you personalize each piece to ensure it meets your personal taste and lifestyle
CREATING A PATTERN THAT IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR YOU-Every pattern is digitally cut for each and every client – no template pattern is ever used. This simply means you are able to fully customize your fit, your style and your design.
YOUR CUSTOM GARMENT IS READY IN AS LITTLE AS 4 WEEKS - With 24/7 production capabilities, we are able to deliver your custom items in as little as 4 weeks. Once the garment arrives, you have the option of having it shipped directly to you or wait to see us at our next pop up. All alterations are handled by our master tailor to ensure the perfect fit.
2. I'm not ready to buy, but would love to learn more. Can I stop by to browse?
Of course! The event is open to the public. Feel free to stop in, browse our collection and speak to one of our design consultants.
3. How long is the appointment and how long does it take to get my order?
Fitting appointments take about an hour. Depending on the fabric that you choose, your custom items will arrive to you anywhere from 4-6 weeks.
4. What happens if I need minor alterations once I receive my order?
We conduct remote fittings with all of our clients through photos or video chat. If you need some alterations, you can send us the garment back using the enclosed return lable and we will have our master tailor take care of it. You also have the option of waiting for us to come back to DC to conduct an in person fitting.
5. How does payment work and what form of payment do you take?
We take all major credit cards. We take full payment at the end of the design and fitting session to commence the production of your order.
6. I've never gotten a custom suit before, How much guidance can you provide during the appointment?
Getting a custom suit does not have to be a daunting experience. Our design consultants will guide you through every aspect of the custom process from fabric selection to fit preferences. We take pride in making our process seamless and enjoyable.
