Mystery Boxes Ship same day, or next business day for orders placed after 5:00 PM ET. All Mystery Box sales are final.

Sample Sale Items Ship within 7 business days. Sample sale items are sold as-is and are final sale.

Bride Suiting, City Hall Wedding, Executive Luxe & Black Tie Evening Collections Ship within 2–4 weeks. These garments are made-to-order and production begins immediately upon purchase. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Women's Wearhouse & Men's Wearhouse Collections Ship from warehouse within 2–4 weeks; some orders arrive within 2 weeks.

Bespoke & Custom Orders Each piece is uniquely created for you. Shipping timelines vary based on garment complexity, fitting schedules, and fabric availability. Contact us for an accurate estimate. Orders ship after final fitting approval and full payment. No cancellations once production begins.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. Recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and any brokerage charges. We do not undervalue shipments for customs purposes. Delivery timelines for international orders depend on destination and customs processing; we are not responsible for delays at customs.

Tracking You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. The Tailory New York is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipment fees may apply.
